1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and wm996 with respect to your use of the wm996 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective upon your creation of a wm996 account or, where no account is created, upon your first use of the Platform.

1.2 wm996 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the wm996 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

2. Eligibility

2.2 wm996 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using wm996 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction before doing so. wm996 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be unlawful.

2.3 wm996 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or termination of your wm996 account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the wm996 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. wm996 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to hold multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during wm996 registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. wm996 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wm996 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wm996 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify wm996 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. wm996 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending satisfactory KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on the wm996 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wm996 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. The list of accepted methods is subject to change at wm996's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. wm996 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, to prevent money laundering. wm996 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or during KYC review.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. wm996 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual deposit or withdrawal activity may be flagged for review, during which wm996 may temporarily hold transactions. wm996 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

4.5 Funds held in your wm996 account are not interest-bearing. wm996 is not a bank or financial institution. Account balances do not constitute deposits in any regulatory sense.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 wm996 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page on the wm996 Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before the stated expiry will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse wm996 bonuses — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements while minimising variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other members — is strictly prohibited. wm996 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove derived winnings, and suspend or terminate the accounts of members found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 wm996 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying bets placed before the modification are honoured under the original promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the wm996 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to that game.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. wm996 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced without in-play betting being offered; (b) the odds displayed were subject to a manifest error; (c) wm996 suspects the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game results, or payout calculations, wm996 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant member accounts. wm996 will not honour winnings arising from a manifest error.

6.4 Bets placed using funds that are subsequently found to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any apparent winnings forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to use the wm996 Platform for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one wm996 account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

7.2 wm996 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account, void all pending bets, and forfeit all account balances where a member is found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. wm996 also reserves the right to take legal action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the wm996 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of wm996 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the wm996 Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without wm996's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The wm996 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wm996 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wm996's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your wm996 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

9.3 In no event shall wm996 be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (c) losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond wm996's reasonable control.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 wm996 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 wm996 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, or regulatory compliance.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 wm996 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 wm996 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wm996 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction; (c) wm996 reasonably suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity on your account; (d) you have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, wm996 may void all pending bets and forfeit any account balance. Where termination is not attributable to member breach, any legitimate balance will be refunded to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period following satisfactory identity verification.

12.3 You may request closure of your wm996 account at any time by contacting wm996 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded following KYC verification.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 wm996 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, wm996 will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the wm996 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

13.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be taken as conclusive acceptance.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wm996's operating jurisdiction. wm996 operates under international gaming authority licensing.

14.2 Any dispute between you and wm996 that cannot be resolved through wm996's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14.3 wm996's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
